Sensors for OEM integration and large-scale production applications

Due to over 35 years of experience and accumulated expertise, MICRO-EPSILON is able, as hardly any other company can, to produce customized sensors for the most varied applications. With its unique variety of different measurement technologies MICRO-EPSILON is one of the pioneers in displacement sensor technology-both in the standard field and in customized sensors for use in OEM large-scale production. With all the measurement techniques, individual versions can be developed, corresponding to particular customer requirements either technologically, e.g. in measurement range or resolution, or in the type of desired output or construction. In the following, some examples of succesful OEM projects as used in practice are given:

Inductive washing machine sensor for detecting the loading level and unbalaced loads.

Stacker trucks: Draw-wire displacement sensors for use in stacker trucks for detecting the lifting height and stacker position.

Machine monitoring: Inductive miniature displacement sensors for the acquisition of the thermal expansion of milling spindles.

OEM Integration: Non-contacting eddy current displacement sensors are fitted as standard in the modern household wahing machines from various manfactures.
